Mainly a review for Eric our Cintas SSR. After reviewing our current contract, and having some questions about our service and billing, Eric immediately offered to help. He demonstrated what prefect customer service should look like. Knowledgeable, informed, and patient are the words to describe his lead in helping us. Has to be one of the worst companies i have ever worked with. poor service, can never get the right product to have signed up for. you cut services to save money and they increase cost somewhere else to make up the difference. just an absolute joke. i would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! and you have to give them 1 star to even post . ooooo stars
