I never seen nothing one in the world that went through three months and no shirt yet blue jeans shirt what really just a tear I am not stupid have a black short guy in the company who looks at me crazy and no smile and now I can not get one shirt three month!!!
I've worn Cintas uniforms for 35 years. Years ago, they were great. If I turned in 4 sets, I got 4 sets back, clean and nicely pressed. Today the experience is just the opposite. I've had uniforms lost about 4 times in the last 2-3 months. If they come back, they are all wrinkled on the hanger, dingy and rarely pressed. I've finally quit sending them in because I need clothes for work and I'm almost embarrassed about their appearance.
They charged us on the regular for products and services that we did not receive. The management wasn't concerned about it either when it was pointed out. We also couldn't keep the same delivery guy.
