We've used Cintas for years and Gabriel is the best. He makes a point of checking in with me every week to ensure that all our uniform needs are met and when there are issues, he solves them quickly.
I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience to warn others. This company employs highly misleading sales practices that border on dishonesty. False advertisement. I was recommended for a job, showed up, told me they weren't hiring what a bunch of bullshit.
This place is a joke. I have to do my husband's laundry because you guys will never give him more than four uniforms at a time. Heaven forbid he works five or six days a week. Just ridiculous. There is No reason you guys should not be on top of your litteral job.
So here it is 5 weeks and I still only have my pants. Yesterday Cintas brought more pants and broken promises of getting my shirts. I work in an automotive shop and need my entire uniform. So I will have to continue to ruin my clothes and wash every 2 days just to get by. I have worked in shops for 30 years and never had an issue getting my uniforms in a timely manner...until now.
