The salesman from the beginning knew we only wanted a one time purchase of an OSHA approved medical supply box for our small office and to also update all of our fire extinguishers. He gave a verbal quote of under $500 for the first aid box and I received a quote for the fire extinguishers (attached) of $ 131.97. They delivered the box and sent a bill of $ 545.95.
