Multiple issues with this company. Overcharged on Multiple items. On the UL test they couldn't get our address correct. Had a meeting with implementation team they couldn't justify costs. When I had a meeting with management, they couldn't justify costs. Finally got a reputable inspector in there and past with no problem. Big corporate structure that has to overcharge. Avoid using them.
