Tim LeClair went above and beyond during our service visit! He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood what was being done and why. On top of being professional and thorough, Tim was genuinely kind and pleasant to work with. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing great service. We are delighted to have transitioned to Cintas. Two different technicians visited our location, and both were highly professional and provided comprehensive explanations. Mark, our new fire service technician, was exceptional, and Elijah, our new sprinkler FST, was equally impressive. Both technicians answered all our inquiries, and we cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional service.
Tim was absolutely awesome. He kept me informed of very thing he was doing and what the cost would be. I highly recommend Cintas and Tim for sure.
