Heather was so very knowledgeable. She came in and got us all certified and up-to-date with all our fire extinguishers. She showed me an E light which I was not familiar with that had not been checked and certified. She explained that that’s the whole reason fire extinguishers started because a fire happened in a church and the reason people died is cause they couldn’t see to get out so this light goes on when the power goes off so people can find their way to safety. Heather is such a good technician with Cintas. She was so thorough. She even told me about some E lights emergency lights that if your power goes out they go on I didn’t know that and she tested those as well so everything is certified in our building which makes me feel good. Jacob was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us added information we had not known about our equipment and was able to provide us with a detailed explanation of how to properly maintain our unit.
