Kirk is a very nice gentleman. He made sure if there was any problems that he needed to look into. Very nice to work with.
Stanhope Student Apartments has sent out emails solely blaming their fire and safety vendor, Cintas, for the massive amount of false fire alarms we get here. I highly recommend staying away from this company. Today we've had 6 false fire alarms early in the morning. Last year we had dozens of false ones. They claim the fire alarms are directly related to their repairs.
