New facility for us with a new CaptiveAire hood system. I called the number on the hood system and never received a call back. Cintas was one of the few companies that could service the CaptiveAire system. They had us scheduled right away and had the system inspected and filed with the Fire Department in short order.

We were having trouble with our old monitoring system and the CenturyLink connection so I was able to work with Jordan Z & the Cintas Team on a new system that would support our fire monitoring system. Jordan was communicative, supportive and helpful. His team came in and installed a new system, that connected to a new Starlink service. We were worried to it being in a cement building that the connection wouldn't work, but it has been over a year and we have had no issues. It has been working just as it should!
