Recently switched over to Cintas Fire Protection for our fire alarm and sprinkler system monitoring and inspections. They were a better price, and drastically better service. Ryan and his team made it easy and low stress to switch, even answered the phone at 6 on a Friday night - I couldn't get my old provider to even call me back. Would certainly recommend!

Today I met Richard and Derrick at a small apartment building I manage for the Back Flow Test and Sprinkler Head Inspection. These two gentlemen are awesome! This is a building that was just purchased a few months ago and the systems needed to be figured out. Richard and Derrick took the time to not only figure out what was going on, but to make sure I knew what they were doing and why. Great service from Jerry and Emily! They came in and completed the work very quickly with great customer service! The response time could have been a little better as I waited about 5 days for someone to come out for my troubled fire alarm. Other then that, the service was great!
