Very friendly and professional
I really wanted to move forward with Cintas, but the business has terrible customer service. I tried contacting the business multiple times with no follow-up. Days later, I contacted a final time, customer service made it very difficult to schedule. Will not be returning.
Debbie from Cintas customer service answered all of my questions thoroughly, and above all was extremely helpful. Debbie was one of the best customer service people that I've ever had to deal with. I wish she worked for me!!!!!!!
Cintas always shows up and their staff is pleasant and professional. Paul the service tech was nice and helpful. He will answer any question he can. Highly recommend!
