Christian was on time (early in fact!) and thorough. We passed our inspection too…. Yay!
Been tring to get my quote revised for weeks now. Opening a new business and for the last month I had made numerous phone calls to the sales rep Horan, also to his staff and many emails. Still no return calls or emails. The techs are great but who ever is running the show needs to go! I just keep on getting the run around. Unfortunately I now have to search for someone else .
Great company to deal with. Especially after our old company was continually adding more and more items to repair every-time they showed up. A noise that was her for 12 years that the other company wanted $25,000 to fix Cintas was able to get it fixed for the cost of the backflow inspection. Very very pleased to say so myself. The techs were in and out in 1/2 the time as the old company which meant 1/2 the labor. Awesome Job!
Cintas Fire was great help, very professional and prompt to complete the work assigned. Their contacts from all the different departments were very communicative and prompt to address any questions or concerns.
