James has a wonderful, joy-filled personality and is very professional.
Mark is our Cintas Fire Protection representative, and he is so helpful each time. He is never short of tips, information, or a few chuckles and makes every interaction a fun learning experience. I'm truly grateful for him taking the time to teach me all about fire safety and making sure we're prepared during an emergency.
