Service technician scalped us with an insane ($1700!) bill and blamed it on a receptionist authorizing the service. Zero communication and accountability - service manager suggested reducing it by $300. HIGHWAY ROBBERY without an approved scope/estimate before starting work. Plus - after charging all this - also charged a "trip charge" of $120! Service Manager suggests they will come remove extinguishers and the 90 minute test stickers from our lights. While not their main business they will refill CO2 tanks for kegging. Takes about a week turnaround, but I prefer that over bottle exchange
