Tom with Cintas was quick to respond, professional and communicated well. He had our issue resolved promptly on the first trip.
Kelly McNeil was incredibly helpful and informative during his on-site visit today. He walked me through how to shut off our sprinkler water lines in the event we ever need to.
Always have used cintas, very good people. I had the pleasure of having Justin come and do our backflow testing. He was fast and very efficient also explained the process and what is being looked for. Glad they have fast, friendly, and knowledgeable people like Justin to help us out. As always will be doing business with them again thanks to employees like him.
We weren't happy either. They came unannounced...I had a dr appointment, so I left them with my employee...got mailed a huge invoice! Definitely looking for another company.
