We weren't happy either. They came unannounced...I had a dr appointment, so I left them with my employee...got mailed a huge invoice! Definitely looking for another company.

John came back for the third year of service with a new intern, Billy. The two of them serviced the 65 extinguishers with the highest levels of skill and professionalism. Before they left they informed me they had upgraded the quality of extinguishers and replaced two 5lb units with 10lb units.
