Cintas itself I give 4 stars just because their pricing is crazy and I'd thought they'd be more on top of reaching out about annual things but I've heard from previous companies we've used regarding our annual stuff before I ever hear from Cintas so there's that. Its a bigger company so you would assume they would have more automation somewhere, especially with what they charge. As for the tech, John Haviland was the best I've encountered with this company.
