Called Cintas and several other companies about certifying our fire extinguishers. MO Fire Safety said a service call would be $49 flat fee. When the Cintas rep called to scheduled a call, all he quoted was $6 per fire extinguisher. After recertifying the extinguisher he said the service call was $75 + the extinguisher + other charges including mounting the extinguisher. They do a great job with changing the air fresheners and switching out our floor mats once a month but our office decided they no longer needed Cintas' service - when I called the first time to cancel our contract I was told "okay, we'll handle that for you" and I assumed that we no longer had a contract. A couple weeks later Cintas comes in for the usual switch out and then invoiced us.
