I work at Westridge Place Memory Care and I had an issue with our sprinkler line today. I called Beth and she called Mike. Mike quickly called me back and gave clear and direct instructions. Later I texted and called him with questions. He was very nice and listened to my fear of a breakage! He ended up coming to the facility and checked everything and assured me all was good! Thank you so much for the great customer service I received from Beth and Mike today, Christmas Eve.
