Do not order from this location or be very weary. The salesman from the beginning knew we only wanted a one time purchase of an OSHA approved medical supply box for our small office and to also update all of our fire extinguishers. He gave a verbal quote of under $500 for the first aid box and I received a quote for the fire extinguishers (attached) of $ 131.97. They delivered the box and sent a bill of $ 545.95. Absolute worst company to use for any services, i had a sales rep show up at my store and sold me on a carpet service for my store. Since it was winter time here in maine there is lots of debris on shoes so I asked the sales rep Andrew camp if I was able to use their services for just the winter months and put my account on a hold for the summer and fall months and start it back up in winter when it was needed, he said yes that they do that for many clients and it wouldn't be an issue. alarm went off, we ask for reset the system... the company billed us 3 times almost $1500.00...
Spent $900 having our businesses floors stripped and resealed. Estimator promised stains would come up and glue coming up from between tiles would stop after 4 coats of sealant was applied. Needless to say stains did not come up, wax has worn off floors in a matter of a few months and glue is coming back between tiles. Company would not return my calls and nobody would even come out here to look at the issues. They asked me to send pictures, which I did yet I never got a response. Cintas offers POOR service and then adds charges for services that were not requested, then takes forever to reimburse those funds. Been waiting for months now for my credit!
