We've serviced Cintas for many years and the receivers, Charlie and Adam, are great! They assist me in unloading my truck; keep the dock area very clean (as best they can, given the traffic through there); and they keep in touch with me before my delivery and keep me posted on their needs and do great meeting ours, as far as supplies are concerned.
We cancelled our order for Cintas, we had to buyout our contract and they dragged their feet. I asked to speak to someone else and the manager Gerald told me no. We then ended up with a credit and they reimbursed us 700 and wrote it to the wrong company. I called the office several times to figure it out and no one ever answers their phone.
