I been Cintas customer over 20 years but they are treating customers like trash now and my weekly driver came last month he said “ your contract expired that’s why my weekly service price too high”you need new contract he told me and the I got way better price unisex company then they call me your contact is expiring 03/15/2026 they told me
If you are a truck driver, do NOT pull into this building. Park on the street and ask a worker where to go to get unloaded. They made me and another driver back into a driveway at 10 Commercial St. I marked this location with a red dot on the picture I posted to this review.
They talk a good game, but in reality they are all about the $$. The trucks that they have, some have no heat or very little. One driver said his truck was so cold inside the GPS froze and management was calling him asking why he was still in a certain location. Management and HR ignores emails and voicemails, still waiting for my check for a ride along almost two months ago. Stay away
