If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Cintas has been a masterclass in how not to run a service business. After months of missed visits, false “completed” invoices, and nonexistent follow-up, we were still billed — repeatedly — for services that were never performed. When we tried to cancel, we were met with robotic, copy-and-paste responses that ignored every detail we provided. Great company all the staff was friendly and informative
Not uncommon to be shorted uniforms. Haven't had shirts in 2 weeks. Customer service is lacking. Frequently uniforms will have a putrid chemical smell.
