I give this place a one star. Their application and hiring process is weird. I apply two time and right way they deny me. I have a lot of experience. This place doesn’t add up

Would give zero stars if possible. Was told that we could do a trial period to see if it was a good fit for our business, turns out it was not. I tried to cancel and they told me that I had signed up for 5 years. My own fault for believing their salesman when he said we could change it retroactively. They also get to raise prices that you don't agree to once a year and there's nothing you can do. Highly recommend you read the fine print and don't trust their commission based sales people.

Very bad management Over charging in their invoices and if you dispute it no one gets back to you on it then they send you to collections. They over charged me $946!! Their prices on inspection are double other providers. I paid the activation/installation and programming for the monitoring and they’re not giving me the service or refund the money!!! It’s a rip off company.
