Despite multiple requests to cancel services. They refuse to do so. We sent a request on Feb 5th. They finally responded by March 1st saying their service reps tried to contact us multiple times (they didn't) and closed our request. We called in and they said they cannot cancel it, only the service manager is able to do so and will call us back (they didn't) I would not recommend signing up for their services as it's very difficult to get out.
