I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Owen Paine . Unfortunately, his communication skills and professionalism during our phone conversation were far below what I expected from a customer-facing representative. The tone and manner in which he spoke felt disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Good customer service requires patience, respect, and proper communication, and sadly this experience did not reflect those standards.
Pack your patience backing in here, especially if those box trucks stay parked there on the right side. They don’t need to be there, makes it way more complex than it needs to be to fit that dock. Also hold on to your BOL so it doesn’t end up lost somehow. Unload time was roughly 2-2.5hrs
Our driver/delivery person, Nelson, has been excellent! He’s personable, reliable, and has great customer service skills. We’re happy to have him assigned to us!
