There’s something to be said about one of your drivers, Tito. His customer service is stellar! He’s incredibly approachable and always greets us with a smile and a warm hello. He’s quick and efficient, and always makes sure we’re squared away before he takes off. 10 stars all around for this gentleman! Cintas did it right when they brought him on-board. Thank you Tito!
We here at Arcosa Specialty Materials enjoy working with Sergio and Henry from Cintas. They always get back to me and address any issues we have. They explain things very well, I always feel satisfied when they are done. I do understand supply issues come up but they are always addressed and fixed as soon as possible. I can contact them anytime and that is important to having service with Cintas.
