Our representative, Richard, has been a great asset for our business. He makes sure that we have everything that we need and if there’s any special request he can take care of them fairly quickly. He also makes sure that we’re getting the quantities we need and if he sees that things have changed makes recommendations on increasing or decreasing product. Promote this man,or at least give him a raise :-)
Richard is outstanding. His customer service and rapport with the employees is refreshing. It’s a Blessing to be working with him.
