Absolute worst company to use for any services, i had a sales rep show up at my store and sold me on a carpet service for my store. Since it was winter time here in maine there is lots of debris on shoes so I asked the sales rep Andrew camp if I was able to use their services for just the winter months and put my account on a hold for the summer and fall months and start it back up in winter when it was needed, he said yes that they do that for many clients and it wouldn't be an issue.
