We’ve been stuck in a 3-year contract with Cintas, and it's been a frustrating experience from the start. They regularly raise prices with minimal notice, and when we tried to reject an increase, we were told we couldn’t cancel—only they can choose to end the agreement. The fine print clearly favors them. What makes it worse is the inconsistent service. We have been trying to get our building set up on an already existing account for over a month now. The guy FINALLY brought the initial set up. Hampers and initial drop of rags and aprons. We can't get in touch with either him or the driver to come get the dirties and bring fresh clean. We are having to go get them from other locations we have. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS! I would recommend using someone else for your laundry needs.
