I switched to Cintas about 3 years ago to help with my bathroom facilities. It has been a complete disaster. They have a revolving door of technicians and managers. Every few months we have someone new who has no clue what they’re doing. It’s not exactly complicated work but their technician caliber is extremely low. Dispensers are constantly empty, untrained technicians leave paper products on top of the dispensers or empty. I have spent years trying to correct this behavior.
