I am a big fan of Cintas based primarily on their customer service. Our previous delivery person, Terry Bishop, was absolutely phenomenal. His successor, Daniel Gaines, has also been a valuable partner for us. Mike Doneth was our original sales person and has always been attentive and helpful. We recently started working with Brett Roy, and I’m looking forward to building that relationship. Like with any company, there are occasionally issues, but I’m still very happy with Cintas.
Daniel Gaines always goes above & beyond. From processing the many uniform requests I may send his way to being his positive self, I appreciate all Daniel does!
