Turned in several Garmin but the lack of replacement goes no where. So this time my arc flash Garmin expecting a full replacement but instead receiving it back with patch and stitches that's easily catches on surface this is a clear safety concern the repair was not communicated and now wearing a PPE that may no longer meet Arc-Rated Standards which is a Clear Safety concern it may no longer meet NFPA 70E or ASTM F1506 standard. Which Cintas is putting someone life in jeopardy.
