Very disappointed with our experience. When Cintas first called, our manager clearly told them we were not interested in their products. Instead of respecting that, the rep continued to push and he showed up in person with another representative. Both were extremely pushy. We said “no” nearly a dozen times and they would not listen. It was uncomfortable and completely off-putting. We would never use this company based on this experience and will be sharing our experience with other business owners. Pat does a great job. And always friendly and comes in with a smile. I really enjoy having pat as are rug guy then you guys went and changes guys on us and not to happy with the change please change it back
