Do NOT use this company. As others have written, their sales people promise that there is no contract and that you should add on services to try out, then you find out you've locked yourself into a 5-year deal and you can't lessen the amount of services and products that you're using. Shame on me for not reading the fine print, but you'd like to think companies wouldn't do this kind of thing these days. Get your uniforms anywhere else you can. You'd get better service from anyone else. I've been paying for uniforms here for years, they wash them until they're shrunk so severely they do not even fit anymore. You have no choice but to go up a size and until they shrink 6 months later they're all falling off of you. I turn uniforms in for payed weekly cleaning and usually will not see them again for weeks if ever. They have scammed me out of so much money in unfulfilled services I could probably take them to court.
