Worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor service and charges that shouldn’t have been on my bill.
I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the uniforms provided by Cintas. This is my first time receiving uniforms from Cintas, and unfortunately, my experience has been unacceptable. The pants I received were clearly used, stained, and in poor condition. I returned them, expecting a proper replacement, but I was sent another set of used pants again. I have the pleasure of seeing Jerius every Thursday morning. I applaud him for his timeliness and patience, as well as his diligence in replacing and updating our employees' uniforms as needed (our orders can get a bit hectic sometimes)!
