The "Local rep", Mitch Gourley from Cintas, called us, soliciting. I told him we were not interested. He then called us, over and over, back to back. I didn't speak with him again but he was asked to stop calling by another employee. He then left us a bad google review, even though he has never done business with us and was harassing us. I am reporting this incident as well as leaving this review to warn others not to do business with this company.
just wait till you have to turn off your services terrible service no response at all, they ask for a certified termination letter, i send it in but looks that they just throw it on the trash with out even opening the letter because they are saying they can find it ,i being calling to cancel there services for the past 3 months with out any luck on getting a response from them , it looks that they want to keep delivering services at any cost even if this cost there reputation if there's any of that left.being calling every d... read more
David provides excellent customer service! He has gone above and beyond for our center’s laundry service and always has a smile on his face. Thank you and keep up the amazing work! We sincerely appreciate you!
Great service in Caldwell. Reps attentive to needs of the employees. He doesn't bring items that aren't needed. I've asked for the items I have except for shirts. Need the pants hemmed to 29 length so I'll do that tomorrow on my day off.
