This company is absolutely atrocious. They don’t even deserve one star. I don’t usually leave bad reviews for other businesses being that I’m a business owner as well however, the service I’ve received is absolutely awful. We signed on with Cintas for their towel service. Having clean sanitized towels for our customers is 100% important I own a spa and we offer facials on a daily basis. I could spend a plethora of time writing a book about the shortcomings and unprofessionalism I’ve experienced in my one year using Cintas. They employ the bait & switch tactic, along with other slimy tactics like not refilling chemicals but charging you. I’m tired of wasting my breath with these clowns; do yourself a favor and find a different textiles/linens/chemicals supplier - you’ll be doing yourself a favor. Shoutout to the automated response from them below; That’s what you can expect when doing business with them.
