My overall five-year experience with Cintas has been very poor. There have been multiple complaints filed regarding incomplete orders and failure to keep items properly stocked. I have attempted to close my account several times; however, the account management team informed me that it would cost $12,000 to break the contract. Worse company ever. We’ve used Cintas here in Bend for awhile now and they consistently try to over charge us. Don’t give us our credits. The rep is a real jerk and is blunt and rude consistently to staff and higher ups. They’ve threatened to take our equipment after breaking our previous equipment and refusing to replace it or pay for the damages. I would NEVER recommend Cintas to anyone.
Marvin is awesome at what he does wonderful at customer service and very respectful.
I have used Cintas at a former employer and currently here at the carousel. I couldn't be happier with the Cintas and what they have to offer. But what makes their service the BEST are the employees they employ. Marvin is my delivery technician. He is ALWAYS so friendly and polite. He takes time to tell me what he has delivered, lets me know when I am low on things and when it is time to reorder. Marvin is the best!!
Our serviceman is very friendly and he completes his work quickly without disrupting our business. The quality of the clothes we chose are great and our rugs always look fresh and clean. Love the service!
