As of right now my workplace uses these guys but I'm sure they're not for very long they went to online ordering we ordered our uniforms at work in February and here it is the end of August the same year and we still don't have our uniforms when you call their 800 number they say they'll get back with you at the end of the day and let you know what happened to the uniforms they never called back and they constantly hang up on you the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life
Fraudulent, horrible company. I'd rather spend $10 for an individual, handmade towel made by African tribesmen than get another bulk rag from them. They claim we renewed our contract with them when we REPEATEDLY told them that we were ending our service when it was expiring in June. We intentionally signed no documents given to us, and never said "Yes" on *any* phone conversations because we were afraid of being trapped in the contract again- and yet *SOMEHOW* they said we renewed our contract. One Star - Cintas engaged in highly unethical business practices at my restaurant/pub. They persuaded my general manager—who had no legal authority—to sign a binding contract, then refused to release me from it. When I sold the business, they demanded more than $25,000 to terminate, calculating every penny they would have earned over the full contract term. The experience that I would like to discuss is witnessing my Cintas SSR on the verge of a heat stroke summer after summer, because corporate instructs them to wear pants. I asked my service rep why he doesn’t wear shorts and he replied that corporate says shorts are not uniform attire and they are unprofessional. I couldn’t believe what I heard and I actually find that pretty cruel of them to do.
