Let me tell you that there are some very rude disrespectful people that work here! I was here for a pickup going to Florida and I had left a load securement strap in the back of the trailer that was still connected to the wall (on one side) to secure the load once I got loaded. After red light green light I pulled forward to close my doors and go looking for bills when I noticed that whoever loaded the trailer paid total disregard to the strap and instead of removing it or taking it out of the trailer to load they completely... read more
