Cinq Etoiles is still my go to place for auto maintenance and mechanical issues for our personal vehicles over the past several years. Always fair and honest pricing, reliable workmanship, and friendly staff and management. Our cars are always older used vehicles so they need occasional repairs - I feel confident bringing our cars here. On the car wash side as well, they do a great job - inside and out - at a fair price.

I came here recently for a car wash and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After they finished, I noticed a large paint chip right under my left headlight that absolutely was not there before. When I brought it up to the receptionist, I was told “we aren’t responsible” and that was the end of the conversation. It seems like they may have gone too close with the power washer and damaged the paint on my Mercedes.
