Truly the best facial EVER! I had a custom facial with Dani and it was so relaxing, and my skin has never looked so dewy! Highly recommend this spot, and I can't wait to go back!
I came in for a first time lash tint and regular eyebrow tint (my usual place was booked up). Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. The person (I think Dani?) didn’t ask me any questions, did not ask about allergies or sensitivity nor did she give any after care instructions or guidance. I felt rushed to leave as she did not talk the entire appointment. The last tint stung my eyelids all day and night and the bottom lashes were not tinted. Great service and staff. Always accommodating and helpful with scheduling appointments. Clean, warm and inviting spa with many services, and a great little store front with products you can purchase on your way out.
I had my first facial at CSM about a year ago as a birthday gift from a friend and I have been hooked ever since. I had several facials over the last year as part of my pre-wedding skin prep. Brook was an absolute pleasure to work with and was also very helpful in recommending products to meet my specific needs. Treating myself at CSM will definitely become part of my routine!
