Cinnaholic is definitely a step up from Cinnabon with way more flavor and topping options. The rolls are very sweet—delicious, but definitely more of an occasional indulgence for me. Perfect if you’re looking to treat yourself every now and then.Â
I think it was ok. I like the actual roll but on the bottom is a bit of a sugary crust and it was too sweet for me. I also don’t like the icing. To me, it almost tastes like it is yogurt based or something. I wouldn’t go back.Â
I had the classic vanilla cinnamon roll. It was good. Very similar to Cinnabon.Â

We came to this location to try the Cinnabons at Cinnaholic for the first time. The location is great, right off of 301 but the parking is terrible. The store is clean and a good size to have a quick bite in. There were 2 young ladies working in the store. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I got the apple pie topping on my Cinnabon.
