Omg so yummy. Makes cinnabon look like McDonald'sÂ
I love this place and come here often! The only thing is the customer service. No one is rude but its always very awkward when I come here because no one tries to make conversation with me or be friendly at all. I'm not saying they have to be jumping for joy, but just something to make being there less awkward. Everything else is amazing otherwise!Â
I went yesterday to get two banana bread, one regular cinnamon roll with light icing - delicious, and one with apples only - no caramel, no nuts, and I bought a side of the banana cream frosting. To my surprise and dismay, I went to eat the apple one this morning with the banana cream frosting with my coffee and the caramel topping and nuts were on the roll. The cinnamon rolls are great. However, the persons working in the store do not have a positive attitude. They seem angry and very condescending. The most disappointing part was calling to request a pack of cinnamon rolls and being told “no we cannot do that“ . Then after showing up to the store to order cinnamon rolls before closing time the door is locked and all of the employees standing there on their cell phones running the clock. I ordered a smores cinnabon and a caramel apple cinnabon. I unfortunately only got two smore cinnabons. So that was a let down. But the smores roll was delicious. The error in my order is why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.Â
