This was my second time at this place. I thought I would give it a second try since the first time didn't go so well. The cinnabons were dry, the service is slow, and the iced coffee was terrible. It tasted like coffee flavored water. I went with three other people and we all agreed that we would not be returning.Â
This was so delicious! I really don't like sweet stuff, but this hit the spot and was everything. Warm, with a nice crunchy graham cracker with marshmallows and a chocolate drizzle with the frosting, it's a must try!Â
My cinnamon bun was fantastic but the customer service was terrible. I was excited to try this place but not sure if I’m coming back due to the poor customer service, ruined my experience.Â
I'm not sure what we did to ruin the young lady's night who was working, but she seemed inconvenienced by having a customer come in. Was looking forward to sitting in the shop to eat my roll with my husband but didn't feel welcome to do so.Â
Definitely disappointing. Not made with love at all. The Cinnabon was lukewarm and the bread tasted like a white bagel. The toppings made it a little better, but definitely no good compared to Cinnabon. I had my hopes up because of how it looked when I picked up a door dash order. Not worth it. And the staff just starred at me with a blank look. Like why did a customer just walk in lol it was awkward.Â
