This was my second visit to this establishment. During my first visit, the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite the opposite. The employee whose name I believe to be Chevella (name on my receipt) was rude and had a negative attitude throughout the entire interaction. In customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor is very important, and this experience was disappointing.
I’ve been here twice in the last month. I asked the worker for extra warm cinnamon roll after my first visit because I had a cold cinnamon roll. Needless to say she didn’t bother to warm it any extra for me, in fact it was hardly warm at all. I had walnuts on top and they weren’t chopped at ALL. Whole walnuts on my cinnamon roll. Seemed odd and lazy. I was the only person in the store both times so they were not too busy to properly warm my roll or chop the walnuts. I could hear personal staff conversations both times. They have Disneyland’s dole whip! Pineapple tastes sweet, strawberry was very sour.
