Diagnosed pre diabetic a year ago, have not had white flour or sugar since, minimal carbs from veggies; but I missed cinnamon rolls like my momma made. Went there October 22 at around 8:25 pm. Usually when i go to locally owned cinnamon roll places, they have that dry, sitting around since the morning taste. Happened many times and I can't finish them. For that reason I am hesitant to try anywhere new, but Cinnabon was closed. To my surprise they were super soft and warm, just as good as Cinnabon or better. I would 100% recommend.
