I visited Cinnaholic on Freret tonight around 7:30 PM, and unfortunately had another disappointing experience. The issue was with one of the ladies working at the front making the Cinnabons — not the entire staff. I want to be clear that this is about one employee, not everyone there. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and the overall attitude made the visit uncomfortable. This place is crazy I was told the wait would be 13 mins i waited a hour and a half just to be told my order still not ready so I asked for a refund I will never go back. So please don't waste your time like I did. My day was really going great before went there.

Came from out of town and had ordered a Mardi Gras King cake, on 1-16-26 and they were very specific about day/time I was coming to pick it up, well the weather changed time/day. They closed and put me off, this was for my daughters birthday. Which I understand that, but when I finally picked it up on 1-27-26 it was at 5:50pm , the time they agreed on. Okay, I have been vegan for 19 years, and rarely get to have a good cinnamon roll. Introduce cinnaholic. I had the cookie butter (biscoff) cinnamon roll and had to pause. Omg. The icing is everything. You must try this if you are in the area.
