Owner, staff & mother were the sweetest.
We stopped by Cinnaholic yesterday and were blown away! The customer service was amazing, but the cinnamon roll? Even better! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming—such a great vibe all around. We loved it so much we actually closed up shop early today just to come back! 🙌 Don’t be intimidated if you see a long line—it moves quickly, and trust me, it’s worth every second of the wait. Absolutely love Cinnaholic! The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I walk in. The cinnamon rolls are insanely good, soft, warm, and loaded with delicious toppings. I’ve already been back two days in a row and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
I was excited about the new Cinnaholic because usually I have to go out of state to enjoy it .I was a little disappointed in the quality of the roll I received .I barely had any icing on top of my bun and it was so warm it almost melted .Other than that the customer service was good and they completed the order quickly I just wish the presentation looked better considering I drove an hour for it.
