I was honestly expecting a better atmosphere at the Ankeny location, especially since it's closer to my home than the East Village one. However, the blonde worker with long nails was unprofessional, playing inappropriate music. When she finally took my order, she didn't even mention the long wait time. When I finally received my order, the frosting was mostly to the side, ruining the presentation.
