I am not sure what the deal is with this place but they are determined not to serve vanilla soft serve. Its the simplest, most popular flavor and needed for most shakes too. The last three times Ive been here - no vanilla. Its chocolate and now we have strawberry or vanilla. Seriously?Â

The girl there hit me with a cinnamon roll, and then possessed my friend and killed him, she also called me 2 slurs. She kicked sprinkles before dunkin got my little babyÂ
When in yesterday Saturday August 15 they only had one person working we waited in line for 20 min because my girls wanted chocolate chip cookies and brownies the girl working charged us for it and went on to tell us well I guess we don’t have any left grab what their is their is that’s all we have. First and last timeÂ
Cinnaholic was a delightful stop after a nearby dinner. The shop is cute and the staff never was friendly. There is an impressive selection of decadent desert options, including enormous cinnamon rolls with a healing pile of toppings and yummy cookie dough scoops with toppings. I highly recommend.Â
