We ordered a medium size cinnacake and had a disappointing experience with this cake shop. My order was not ready at the promised pickup time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The cake itself was poorly presented—the icing on top looked sloppy and rushed. To make matters worse, it was placed in an oversized box, causing the cake to shift and lose its shape during handling. Honestly, if you REALLY wanna try cinnaholic just go to the one in Pearland. I used to make that hour drive out there because their service is GREAT, cinnamon rolls always fresh. This Sugar Land location is just…..not good and i don’t say that to be mean just being real. I just spend $9 for a cinnamon roll that was so mid and they had it in one of those heated areas like they use at mcdonald’s (no shade but i’d prefer to make an hour drive to pearland and they make mine fresh or even cinnabon) Also, the customer service is a... read more
