At 3:18 on July 4, 2025, I picked up a couple of cinnamon rolls and they were not done, and too doughy to eat. There was no one in the restaurant, so it was not busy. This is no excuse. I’ve also had issues with the lack of quality and professionalism from this location before. I deserve a refund. I was also there before and I saw one of the employees DROP someone else’s order on the FLOOR and proceed to act like nothing happened instead of simply replacing it.Â

I have been 3 times and I live about 4 hours away! I'll be back too! That tells you how good it is.Â
I just went in to order a cinnamon roll to go and was met with what I assume was 3 employees, 1 was working behind the counter and the other 2 were eating outside fast foot at one of the dining room tables. The employee who was originally behind the counter loudly made a comment about how she didn’t understand how they had already ran out of [single use] gloves. I've been a loyal customer of this location since it opened, and it used to be one of my favorite spots. Over the years I've consistently enjoyed many of your items, particularly the old school rolls, mini buns, brownies, chocolate chip dough, lemon blueberry bars, chocolate chip cookies snickerdoodles, and pizza rolls.
