Went to the Concord NC location excited to get my sweet treat only for the establishment to be closed at 12:45pm. Checked online to my surprise it says open! Not sure what the disconnect was BUT the building was closed.Ā
The young lady helping us was amazing! She gave excellent service. The cinnamon rolls are always good here. Itās one of my familyās favorite treats.Ā
This place has really went downhill . Customer service is non existent. When you walk in they donāt even greet you. Then when they get to you ; itās like they still donāt want to deal with you. The quality of the items are just not what they use to be. I will not be backā¦Ā
