Had an order of the Old Skool Roll (~$6): fresh baked cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting. Food was delicious, staff was local (and, at the very beginning, punk rock), and the ambiance was retro chic.
Horrendous customer service. Shipping for product is not even close to being acceptable (more than 2 weeks!!). Terri should be ashamed of herself and the way she handled a potentially loyal customer. This company is not run like a small business should. The customer comes first. Terri never learned this principle. I've disputed the charge with my credit card, I've reached out to the BBB, and I intended to get my refund for the product that took 2 weeks to arrive and was completely wasted.
