I get it. It's a Cinnabon in a mall so our expectations weren't very high to begin with. But hey, the Reese's ice cream thing caught my wife's eye, so we stopped and ordered one. I asked for a Reese Dasher shake. It was made incorrectly. I asked the rude teenager. They said it was sto be made with Carmel. They were wrong! Peanut butter sauce was supposed to be used.
I would give a zero if I could. I thought I would stop by the Cinnabon store at the Polaris Mall this evening around 6:30pm. The girl waiting me was extremely rude. I feel like calling the health department. It was awful. Only to get raw dough & barely any cinnamon & now sugar at all. I asked the girl if I could have a least a dab of icing on the roll. My husband and I stopped by and got a regular Cinnabon and two churros to share one bite and we had to spit it out as it was not fully cooked. The churros were very try and did not taste very good.Was extremely disappointed.
