I had a terrible experience yesterday with the Hispanic male with all the gold jewelry on. (Didn’t get his name) Nobody was in line so me an my cousin walked up she began to order an I told him multiple times that I wanted a cinnamon roll to and he ignored me. When I told him again he put his finger up and told me to hold on. I get it. It's a Cinnabon in a mall so our expectations weren't very high to begin with. But hey, the Reese's ice cream thing caught my wife's eye, so we stopped and ordered one. However, instead of peanut butter they used caramel to make the Sunday. A Lot of Caramel. No peanut butter at all, all Caramel. I asked for a Reese Dasher shake. It was made incorrectly. I asked the rude teenager. They said it was sto be made with Carmel. They were wrong! Peanut butter sauce was supposed to be used.

I would give a zero if I could. I thought I would stop by the Cinnabon store at the Polaris Mall this evening around 6:30pm. The girl waiting me was extremely rude. I feel like calling the health department. It was awful. Only to get raw dough & barely any cinnamon & now sugar at all. I asked the girl if I could have a least a dab of icing on the roll.
