Best customer service
Emily and chino gave me an amazing experience today.
Emily and chino have great customer service
Worst experience ever. If i could rate it 0 i would. Staff was unhelpful. Wait was ridiculous. Ice cream was subpar and sundae was sad. Advertised as a sundae but get ice cream with crumbled up reeses. No hot fudge no peanut butter sauce. Asked to refund me as my son hardly ate it bc it had no fudge or sauce on it wanted to swap it for a hot fudge but instead of being helpful the employees just ignored my request to get in contact with owner. So disappointed in this location. Would not suggest to anyone
